(A) After MSCs were transfected with LV-gfp and LV-ace2, they were harvested and tested using western blotting (n= 5 in each group). (B) LV-GFP-MSCs and LV-ACE2-MSCs were co-cultured with H9c2 cells in DMEM (containing 5 nM Ang II) for 24 hrs. The culture media were then tested using Rat <t>Adipokine</t> Array Kit.
